Install XCode + the Command-Line Tools. (CL tools are not bundled withXcode 4.3 by default anymore and should contain build tools such asgcc
(confirm with whatever version you are using). XCode app (found on theAppStore) is easy to install but the CL Tools can only be installed within XCodeas an optional install on the Components tab of the Downloads preferencespanel. Youtube downloader for mac os torrent.

Hi, I would like to check if the edges of a batch of images are transparent or above a certain level of transparency. So I'm thinking to first quickly check the four corner pixels of each image for transparency.(followed perhaps by the centers of the edges and then moving out. Sudo port install ImageMagick This will take a while, so please be patient. For me, it took around 20-30 minutes to install all dependencies. Update MAMP envvars Open file /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/envvars and comment out the first two lines and add the line below.

If you get “No formula & taping” errors …
… do as you’ve been told, and run the ‘brew tap’ … command exactly as theerror told you. After that, repeat the step which caused that error.
Now edit MAMP config & add the extension to MAMP Pro’s php.ini. In MAMP Pro goto the menubar, and choose File > Edit Templates > PHP > PHP x.x.x php.ini
. Asimple editor window will popup where you can edit the ini file. A search forthe term ‘extension=’, will lead you to a block with various lines of‘extension=…’. Now simply ad the following one and save the file:
Copy libfreetype to MAMP lib (freetype version in path may vary)
Fix library version incompatibilities by open the file/Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/envvars
in the editor, and comment out thefollowing lines:
Restart MAMP and check the phpinfo tab: a search for the term imagick
shouldbring you to a section reading like so:

After installing Imagemagick using Homebrew on Lion, everything is fine exceptthat it doesn’t work at all when being called from php.

- Image Magick & Imagick are two very differentthings. The former is the core library and the latter is a PHP Wrapper thatuses the API of the former, so you do need to install the former before thelatter
